Associate tradition and modernity and adapt to the market evolution
The markets regularly re-consider our know-how, technologies and approach. We remain open to novelties and innovation in raw materials, technology and methods, but we also know how to maintain our traditional know-how and keep our competitive position. The quality of some work is due to an expert, confident, precise and reliable manual execution. This rare combination in a hyper technologic world gives Indraéro Siren a unique advantage.

OUR PRODUCTION UNIT IN MOROCCO
In 2005 Indraéro Siren decided to open a subsidiary in Morocco, to meet the customers’ increasing demands.Firstly, a metal sheet forming workshop was set up on a temporary 5000 m² site. The decision was then taken to launch the building of new premises for line production with the implementation of new machines and means.
The project, built in three stages, is on a 18000 m² site:- -In 2008, a 7500 m² building was built for the creation of primary parts, assembly manufacturing with important production means (a 6000 T hydraulic press, shears, folder, oven and thermal treatment).
- -In 2009, a new 5000 m² surface receives a new paint protection line, as well as a CN routing machine, and a stretching press for profiles.
- -The first qualifications are obtained in 2010.
OUR LEAN PROGRAM
The Lean Program was launched in 2003 to respond to both Indraéro Siren’s management and our customers’ expectations regarding performances in terms of cost, quality and deadlines. This approach is progressively being developed in the whole company thus becoming an Indraéro Siren project, encouraged by the Executive Management.
First we developed the Lean Manufacturing in the workshops where an on-going improvement process has been implemented.
As from 2009, we reinforced our work group in order to develop the Lean concept throughout the departments. The project became the Lean Management, including Lean Engineering, industrialization, manufacturing and all the support departments.
The Lean Management is based on a process optimization policy, efficiency research and all kinds of waste reduction.
This project is a strong axis and a relevant issue for our company as it is based on the full implication of all the employees.
